| Welcome to our Las Vegas/Henderson Vacation Home!! Located in a single family home community of Henderson, Nevada overlooking the Las Vegas Strip and city lights. This home holds a special place in our hearts since it was our first home after we got married and we enjoyed sitting on the covered patio sipping our coffee in the morning as the sun rose, and enjoying our wine in the evening watching the city lights come to life! We know you will enjoy our City Lights Villa as much as we did! Our one story home is just minutes from the Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, and the world famous Las Vegas Strip. You will love your stay in our beautiful home, situated on a cul-de-sac lot, a short drive to the mall, shopping, casinos and several golf courses. You can enjoy the city lights from the master bedroom, family room, kitchen, and patio/pool area! Our Henderson home is perfect for the family vacation, honeymoon, or weekend get-away. A welcoming foyer separates the living room from the family room. Features include a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, convection oven, breakfast bar, dining area with pub style table and fabulous views from the kitchen window. Vaulted ceilings, fireplace and views are featured in the family room area complimented by french doors leading to a covered patio and in-ground pool area. The master bedroom features a Queen size sleigh bed with Strip and City Views! A large walk in closet and separate bath with dual sinks and garden tub/shower combination. French doors give access to the pool area with bistro table to sip your wine while enjoying the city lights after a long day on The Strip or at Lake Mead! The second bedroom features a full size bed, dresser and desk area with high speed internet access. The third bedroom also features a full size bed and closet, the second bath is shared by these bedrooms and has dual sinks, tub/shower combination and tile floors. There is a separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer. This is a pet friendly home and features a large doggie door from the laundry room to the garage and another doggie door from the garage to the fenced RV/boat parking area. This area is fenced separately from the pool. An inviting backyard lined with flowers ( in season) offers fabulous city light and strip views as well as a BBQ grill and exercise area. The city of Henderson has plenty to offer during your stay: trail hiking ,biking, boating or fishing, or shopping, dining and gambling, all within a short drive of our home.
